After experiencing the game in South Africa and being caught up in the euphoria of its addictiveness, Kiwi Games Ltd was created to secure the rights to manufacture, market and distribute the game in New Zealand. Nine months of research and development went into modifying the game for the New Zealand market, and establishing local manufacture. It is a New Zealand product for the New Zealand market.

The research and development of the Kiwi Game has involved a cross section of local people from all walks of life in order to ensure the content is suitable. THE INVENTOR

30 SECONDS^® is the brain child of Calie Esterhuyse who resides in Stellenbosch, South Africa. With a background in psychology and sports, 30 SECONDS^® is the latest of his creations following several successful sports related games. Calie is passionate about bringing fun to people’s lives through the pleasure of contest and amusement.

THE FUTURE FOR 30 SECONDS^®

Work is already under way on a junior edition of 30 SECONDS^® aimed at the 8 to 16 year level with a proposed launch of late 2004. While staying with the theme of fun and team play, this version will have the benefit of development of education skills, general information, lateral thinking, expression, and confidence.
